You get an automatic acknowledgment that your request has been received and logged.
New Service Ticket
A new service ticket is generated with a ticket number that can be used to track your request via the Customer Portal.
Once the ticket has been created we then process it to evaluate the best resource to handle the question or issue.
You will receive an email directly from a resource as they begin working your request, followed by a phone call to discuss.
The system automatically updates you on the progress or status of the work according to the workflow rules we have set up.
Ticket Related Responses
If a ticket has been generated and you want to respond or update us about the same issue, please REPLY to the email notification you receive, rather than creating a new email. This allows the system to keep all related correspondence in the same ticket.
Ticket Un-Related Responses
If you have to notify us of an un-related problem, please create a fresh email to [email protected] and do NOT reply to an existing case or ticket email.

I just wanted to take a moment to announce our new website and give you a quick tour. We hope that the new site can make it even easier for our clients to work with us. Besides the new design, the first thing you'll notice at www.rcl.com is that we have a Login tab at the top. You can log in at the top of the site with your email and your portal password (if you aren't sure what that is, don't worry, simply click Forgot Password and the site will walk you through resetting it through your email).
Logging into our new site gives you quick access to all of your support tickets. Once logged in, simply click support at the top of the site. You can submit new tickets and respond to current tickets from there.
Under the Home menu, click on My Documents to access downloadable files. Sometimes these downloads are user-specific, so be sure to log in first.
We strive on providing the best service possible to our clients; if you are happy with our service, we'd be honored to receive a testimonial from you. Under About Us, click Testimonials and then click Add Testimonial to let us know we've exceeded your expectations for quality.
